Break Down
One week and a day until I land in Nantes, and break remains to be set in stone.
Lazy unplannedness aside, things are shaping up- a few swipes of the credit card last night have at least secured lodging and a flight to the continent, in due time the rest should follow- Eurrail pass, flight home, and maybe some light scheduling of the last week to be spent in Italy like a nomad.
For curious readers-
MARCH
22-26 Nantes (NW France)
26-28 Dijon (Home of mustard, wine tours, Central/Eastern France)
28-31 Avignon (moving south)
APRIL
1-2 Marseilles
2-5 Nice (It's really Nice this time of year)
6-8 Sienna (Italy)
9-11 Rome (Easter Monday in the big Waffer)
12-15 Sorento (More Italy)
15-21 No Clue, but leaving from Rimini in Eastern Italy....
So far, so poor- I've booked a few awesome places so far- a B&B in the heart of Rome, an apartment in Nice- hopefully I can manage eating fruit and drinking water for the next month....
Things are starting to snowball- it's only a few days until London, then break, then two weeks before finals, then finals (for my 2, count them 2 classes at the Uni) which last a month, then we're home.
My next full weekend at the flat will be the 28th of April, spent with best bud for life Megan, visiting from Nantes. If all goes according to plan, I might fly down to Spain to see the girls in Grananda-
Time is flying, but for now, nose to the grind stone. 150 pages of Sons and Lovers before Friday, and finding hostels in France...
...life is tough sometimes....
Good luck to Zach as he plays in the State BBall Tourney this afternoon for Urbandale, Good luck to Mom and Darol as they fly to London, and safe travels for all of Luther as SB starts in a few....

Kev!
I´m glad you liked my entry...to bad I thought of about 20 more things after I posted it...there will have to be a later similar entry!
It is weird how accustomed you become, even after 2 months! It all seems like the norm now. What a shock we´ll receive back in the midwest!
Good luck with all your break plans! Sounds like you will be seeing some amazing stuff! And I hope to see you in May;)
Paz fuera,
Eeds
